The hotel had a lovely appearance, even though the rooms were exceptionally small, which wasn't a big issue since I was traveling alone. The service was sweet and professional, always ready to assist in any way. The location was incredibly convenient, right across the tram station and near to most famous places. The dining options were very varied and delicious, exceeding my expectations. However, the room size being so small was a minor downside, and the dining experience was less than anticipated for such a hotel.

However, they are very small, making it challenging to move around with a baby bed or place baggage freely. Noise from other rooms can also be heard. The service was very friendly, polite, and helpful, especially from Serig and Haydar. The location was very nice with easy access to tourist attractions right in front of a tramway station.
