The hotel had a lovely appearance, even though the rooms were exceptionally small, which wasn't a big issue since I was traveling alone. The service was sweet and professional, always ready to assist in any way. The location was incredibly convenient, right across the tram station and near to most famous places. The dining options were very varied and delicious, exceeding my expectations. However, the room size being so small was a minor downside, and the dining experience was less than anticipated for such a hotel.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, close to key attractions, but the room was small and noisy due to street activities. The staff members were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile, but the dining experience fell short with limited options.

The hotel's rooms were not big but had everything one needs, clean, and well-maintained, meeting the standards. However, they are very small, making it challenging to move around with a baby bed or place baggage freely. Noise from other rooms can also be heard. The service was very friendly, polite, and helpful, especially from Serig and Haydar. The location was very nice with easy access to tourist attractions right in front of a tramway station. The dining experience needs improvement in terms of food variety and is charged extra per person. Overall, the hotel offers a decent stay with some room for enhancement.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were tidy and clean, with a pleasant smell, but noise from tram maintenance and construction disrupted my sleep. The USB charging point was handy in case my phone charger didn't fit the socket. The hotel offers both superior and executive rooms; however, the executive room felt a bit cramped compared to the superior room.

The hotel has very clean and comfortable rooms that let in lots of natural light, but they missed cleaning my room for 2 days after requesting it through room service. The location is fantastic, right in the center of Fatih with easy access to tourist attractions and right in front of Findikzade tram stop. The service is professional and polite, though they struggled a bit with English. The dining options are average with limited choices, and the facilities need minor refurbishment.
